We were recruited for a project commissioned by the Ministry of the Environment in FY2022
「令和4年度革新的な省CO2実現のための部材(GaN)や素材(CNF)の社会実装・普及展開加速化事業」に採択されました。超低抵抗GaNウェハを用いた高効率インバータの開発・検証を進めて行きます。
We have been recruited for the "FY2022 Project for Acceleration of Social Implementation and Dissemination of Components (GaN) and Materials (CNF) for Realizing Innovative CO2 Emission Reduction." We will proceed with the development and verification of high-efficiency inverters using ultra-low resistance GaN wafers.
